Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order.

Returning Items

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the items without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us. Return shipping is free of charge for EU customers.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will refund all payments you made, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
